Talaash Mahi, (Legal Name, “Sundeep Shankar”) born on September 19, 1986, in VPO Shankar. A quaint village nestled within the picturesque landscape of Jalandhar district. Entered this world as a beacon of musical talent. His parents, Sukhdev Lal and Kulwinder Kaur, nurtured his innate passion for music from an early age. Recognizing the spark of potential within their son.

Amidst the rustic charm of his village upbringing. Mahi embarked on his educational journey, laying the foundation for his musical pursuits. He received his primary education from the local village school, where his curiosity and love for melody began to blossom.

Fuelled by his fervent dedication to the art form, Mahi’s aspirations led him to seek formal training in music. He enrolled in the prestigious St. Soldier’s College, Jalandhar.
